^ That was a human, Reese (Patrick Kilpatrick), in DS9: The Siege of AR-558. It was tubes of ketracil white or however it's spelled.

Think MLB mixed up two characters. The Reese one as Melakon mentioned. One of the Klingons from Soldiers of the Empire wore Cardassian neckbones. Similar theme.
