Re: The least disliked episode of DS9 - Season Six

Was there any doubt as to which would win?

Well not really, but it was fun trying to get in at the end.

Well I would've picked Rocks and Shoals to win, but this is a case where the voting panel did get the top 3 right I think.

I'm surprised someone didn't nix Pale Moonlight early actually. It's a controversial episode and there's a number of vocal people who think it isn't "Star Trek."

That can be the problem when you get down to the last few episodes. They are all good episodes with sometimes very little to pick between them.

The DS9 game is working out a lot better than TNG did. I'm still shaking my head at Journey's End.

Well I would have had Waltz and Far Beyond The Stars higher up, but I can understand them being polarising.

For the most part yes, but an episode like "Duet" which is generally regarded as the best episode of S1 was knocked out early.

True, but Emissary winning was a good one. Imagine if all the good episodes were gone, and the last episode standing was Move Along Home.

It could have been DSN's wild card entry like TNG's "Journey's End"
