Can anyone name the Voyager episode that had none of the main characters in it until the last 5 minutes or so?

You mean "Course: Oblivion"? And "Living Witness" had no main characters at all.

Any number of answers to that one.

Course Oblivion has the alternate crew carrying the episode and the main crew finding their debris.

Pathfinder focuses on Barclay and Troi with the cast only getting that one scene in the end. Though there were some holographic versions that Barclay played with.

And if you want to get technical Living Witness had none of the main characters since it focused on backup modules and holographic recreations of said characters.

You guys are right on it with Course Oblivion.

And you've got me with the other episodes! The reason is that I've started watching all the episodes with my wife earlier this year and we are only up through episode 18 of season 5. Are Pathfinder and Living Witness coming up later in season 5, 6 or 7?

    They're both season 6 episodes.

Living Witness technically did feature the Doctor, even if it was his backup module.
