could the Q be..

Humans from the future? I mean as much as they like to mess with Mankind its like they are picking at there ancestors or something. Just a thought watching voyager and some reason that thought popped into my head

Nah. They're just a very advanced species. They're not really omnipotent. They just seem that way to us in much the same way we would seem like gods to a stone age culture.

I don't think the Q can be, because the Q is Q and not B. If the Q were B and not Q then they wouldn't B Q would they?

Wrong, it's 47.

I want to say there was some episode Q confirmed at one time the Q were like humans, which implies humanoid, maybe.
