Enterprise episode/screenshot question/request

I'm trying to get some help with a photomanipulation of Trance Gemini rescuing Jonathan Archer, but am drawing a blank - does anyone know an episode of Enterprise where Archer's lying down on a bed, as a prisoner? Something to replace Dylan Hunt from this shot, and have an Enterprise patch placed on her arm.

The second and third images I'm looking for, would be a shot of sickbay, at roughly the same camera angle as the top frame of this image, and then an image of Captain Archer walking the corridor where I could paste Trance in relatively easy. I'm just drawing a blank on which episodes might work best there. Any help is appreciated.
