Persona 5 (PS3/PS4)

As part of the recently-aired two-day livestream event held by Atlus Japan, the first gameplay trailer for Persona 5, the next main entry in the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona game series, was posted.

P5 will be out in Japan for PS3 and PS4 sometime in 2015. While Atlus USA are set to bring the game over to the West, no firm release date has been set for those territories either.

Re: Persona 5 (PS3/PS4)

I'm kind of avoiding any kind of information about this game. I decided to buy it the moment I finished Persona 4, so no need to hype myself up. I suppose some exposure is going to be impossible to avoid, but I'd rather just go in as blind as possible.

I haven't gotten around to playing any of the Persona games but the trailer seemed stylish and fun. Along with FF XV it's great that Japanese RPGs are getting some buzz again.

One of the reasons (besides importing Japan-exclusives) I'm looking forward to getting a PS4 alongside mah 'BONE.
Philitas of Cos, Greek intellectual, is said by Athenaeus to have studied arguments and erroneous word usage so intensely that he wasted away and starved to death. British classicist A. Cameron speculates that P. died from a wasting disease which his contemporaries joked was caused by his pedantry.
