Need help finding my way!

So yesterday at the annaul Art Festival which takes up a sizeable portion of my cities downtown district I of course lose my wife and daughter and have to call them and do the walk towards this builidng then turn at that one and come around this corner and we are under a tree.

Do they make an app to find someone using your gps? I have an iphone and my wife a windows phone. There's gotta be some sort of tracking finding app right?
