Star Trek gum cards book by Therin of Andor, on Flickr

That very cool retro book about the Topps' Star Trek gum cards has arrived! (The card series were released by Scanlens Down Under). A wonderful touch is that Abrams Books created four new gum cards that come as an exclusive with the book. The dust jacket really does have a waxy feel!

It's a very cool book. Abrams did a very similar book on the original Mars Attacks trading card line last year, which is just as awesome.

According to the dustjacket flap, they also did Topps books on "Bazooka Joe and his Gang", "Garbage Pail Kids", "Wacky Packages", "Wacky Packages New New New" and "Yankee Greats".
