I don't know. One thing in the 2009 movie that bugged me was how slow Nero was getting on with his plan.

That could be it. I hear an "m" sound in there somewhere. Each time I've seen the film, I thought she said "multiple warp capability".

In the movie you don't even need Warp or Transwarp Drive, when you can use a transporter to beam yourself from Earth to Qonos on the spot!
