Lessons - Practice your Kirk-Fú

Well, talking about Star Trek, here it goes a few lessons for you to practice the Kirk-Fú...
http://www.oversodoinverso.com/guia-...-capitao-kirk/ The text under the vids was wrote in portuguese, and probably you won´t be able to translate all the words to english. They just makes fun over Kirk´s actions.

He was described once not so much a martial artist, but a smart brawler. Now maybe flying in on a rope I could do the old drop kick, then miss and break my hip.
