The only "tangible" connection they have in common, is that they were all imagined and crafted by human beings... and well, some actors have been in more than one of those universes.

One of the things done in the comics is that all previous versions of hawkman were combined into one.

I think that if Enterprise gets back on air, having its finale in a post JJ trilogy world resets everything back to TOS--and that somehow Vulcan is restored, but JJ's Enterprise gets put into the post TNG era.
