Nice, a good overview of life in orbit! I didn't realise the Soyuz would be as cramped looking as it is, even for someone like me who isn't claustrophobic at all, the ISS itself is pretty well kitted out and roomy though, as you would expect.

Yeah...I would love it if they had the time and money to upgrade the space station to look more like trek hahahaha. I really respect those people and had no idea until now how cool, but scary, life in REAL space seems. I wish I could float around like that~~!! haha But yeah it's probably scary and lot of work though.
