Re: If Voyager had lasted more than 7 seasons...
Perfectly fine, but the wife doesn't know that. How long till she accepts that you're dead. Then how long till she replaces you? So the number in your head is that your wife will be remarried within 4 years, but you won't be home for 70... Do you really have to wait four years till you start screwing around on the person who believes that they are allowed to legally screw around on your ghost? Beisdes if you're able to think fourthdimensionally, you can start ignoring your vows immediately because there is no force in the universe which will intervene from she signing up to a speed dating event at your local come the 1500 day mark. Oh. Or do you mean that Neelix is gross?

He can't handle Wildman, she is not naive enough, not dependent enough and not NEEDY enough. He wants to be needed.

Re: If Voyager had lasted more than 7 seasons...
You know the sort of person. They're circling on your horizon with their arms spread out like they're pretending to be a big bird ready to snap shut like a bear trap around your kidneys. I hate over-huggers. They believe they're magically transferring platonic intimacy and spiritual health but you're only trying to ignore that they're letting you feel up their body with your body because the ends do not justify the means. You can tie a butterfly in a knot, but you do have to strip their wings first.

Re: If Voyager had lasted more than 7 seasons...
Not to mention that I would have liked to see something similar to a reset button in "Threshold" with Janeway waking up in her quarters after having a nightmare. It would have been more logic and also made the episode more funny and understandable.
