"Where No Man Has Gone Before" Airs on Local Cable Access Channel

I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but as I was flipping channels during a thunderstorm yesterday, I came across "Where No Man..." in an unlikely place: our cable system's local access channel. It looked like they were just showing an old VHS tape. Don't they need to get permission to broadcast a Trek episode like this? This is not one of the major cable companies--it's a small outfit called West Alabama TV Cable.

Yep, that requires permission from the copyright holders. TREK is not public domain.
