anyone ever done this?

You know you spend too much time with your head in an imaginary world when you walk into a pub and absentmindedly order a bottle of kanar. I was'nt even drunk when I said that, just elsewhere in my head... I've also managed to ask for a raktajino in a cafe once, and took two entire seconds to readjust my consciousness when the girl just blinked at me.

Any examples of reality confusion from anyone else...?

That sounds funny ... never happened to me, but I like throwing a Trek reference into the conversation every now and then ...

Mmm, Star Trek themed Cafe, with food and drink named after food appearing in show. So Raktajino would be something like extra strong coffee.

Just a shame Paramount would never go for it.

Wasn't this what Quarks Bar at the Star Trek experience was all about?

I've quoted rules of acquisition in serious economics discussions.

Even worse. I quoted them accurately, with the correct number.

I haven't quite done that, but, I recently bought a ticket to a charity crab feast, the flyer says it comes with Pasta and Anti-Pasto salad, and I found myself wondering if my plate would explode and blow up the whole place if my Pasta and my Anti-pasto mixed
