Also, if you put a tablespoon of tahini in a jar with a splash of olive oil and vinegar, a little water and lemon juice, and a bit of freshly ground pepper and then shake it up it makes a great salad dressing!

Sector 7 - to save looking pulses up : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulse_(legume) and Avocado's ARE sentient. They are, however, evil. So it's O.K. to eat them...
