Pokemon X and Y Versions (Gen 6)

The main series games for the 6th Generation of Pokemon where revealed today, as well as the fact that they'll be 3DS exclusive. Everyone knew the next Gen would probably be on it so not much of a surprise.

It looks...odd, but it could be pretty fun, there's the original article on Bulbapedia.

Another odd reveal is that the Region will be based on Paris, much as Unova was based on New York in Gen 5.

This might be the thing that finally makes me buy a 3DS. Looks spectacular.

Asphalt, Starfox and Zelda are all good on it. I haven't been keeping up with more recent games though but I'll be picking this one up.

I love Pokemon far more than a grown man should. These were as good as bought by me the second they were announced.

I thought it was funny.

Did the kids accidentally add two extra Xs to their search words?

I picked the 3DS up just to play my DS games. The XL's screen is just massive. I feel like I'm playing on a big screen TV.
