Exercise Help

I know through push-ups you can work your triceps, but I am looking for a way to target just them. I don't have any real equipment. I only have a dumbbell set that only goes up to 20lbs and that is it.

Does anyone know what kind of workout for triceps I could do with just that equipment? I can't afford to buy anymore equipment.
I like digging holes! Which turns out is quite helpful for things like Aquaponics and Home-building.

I would look up and read about these exercises. I have done and they should work using your set:
1) Seated overhead dumbbell triceps extension (one arm);
2) Seated overhead dumbbell triceps extension (two arm);
3) Triceps extension while kneeling on a bench ("Dumbbell Kickback").

If you can find a way to do Dips (a bench will work for this), these are also great for triceps!

I've seen that there are some videos on YouTube.

As always, keep good posture and mind your form!
