Yellow Warp Nacelles?

I was just watching the trailer to Up the Long Ladder on the blu-ray sets and I've seen something I've never seen before and it looked weird, Yellow War Nacelles.

I don't know if HTV remastered the promos, but this is the most blatant thing I've seen on any disc. Anyone else notice?

Was there a sombrero on the hull too?

The nacelles are yellowish/gold whenever the engines are off. That's the only time I can think of on when they wouldn't be their usual glowing blue.

The Sombreroprise-D would have to have at least two of them, for Sombrero Separation during battle.
