The Shat and an Astronaut Tweet

The Day William Shatner Tweeted at an Astronaut and the Astronaut Replied!

This afternoon, the actor took to Twitter to ask a question of the Canadian Space Agency's Chris Hadfield, who is currently serving as the International Space Station's Flight Engineer for Expedition 34 -- and who has indeed been tweeting from space.
What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty or democracy? Gandhi

I saw that through Neil deGrasse Tyson's Facebook page. Pure awesome. I love the astronaut's response!

Not really relevant, but it occurred to me that a dyslexic might read the thread title as "The Sheet and an Astronaut Twat."

I love it. Hadfield has also been taking pictures of different Canadian locales. Magnificent shots - Kingston included.

I posted this over in the thread bomb thread but it's worth repeating.
