It certainly is festive, isn't it?

With regard to the petition: having witnessed the morphing of many promising space programs throughout the decades, I can safely promise that any effort to build an orbital replica of the starship Enterprise would -- after Congressional negotiating, compromising, and budget cutting -- come out looking more like the TARDIS instead.

And it'd be orange.
