A WIP that's very, very, VERY early in the process.

Interesting to see where this is going. Not to sure about the shape of the saucer, or the scale of it, but I do like the overall design sofar.

I'm not sure about any of that either!

This is one of those deals where I feel like I'm channeling another artist, and I' just as surprised as anyone else to see what turns out!

Do keep going though! The secondary hull and nacelles are very nicely done.

Usually I'm not one to suggest what a designer can/should change, since I hate backseatdriving, but if you'll permit me....?
A slightly larger saucer, and removing the bulge on the lower front of the saucer might help a lot with the flow.

I've actually been toying with that idea. There's something to the idea of having the underside of the saucer as flat as possible. What does stick out visibly underneath can be angular, as opposed to curvy stuff everywhere else.

There's another good reason to get rid of the bulge: it's an obstacle to the shuttle bay flight path.

When Adam's Enterprise F came to be, I went nuts over it, as well as the final design. But it seemed to me that the space between the the necks is under-utilized. It seems to me to be the perfect place to stick a shuttle bay.
