Hey there,

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one hit with a head cold around here. So, in honor of this calamitous illness, I make it the topic of this contest. Characters (or real persons from TV and other Media) with running noses, sneezing or blowing their nose. No SF/F, this time around.

Usual rules apply as seen in anyone's User Control Panel. Poll goes up Friday-ish.

Let's see the patients!

For the purpose of the contest, I'm assuming that "talking" Hobbes is, like so many of Calvin's adventures, a figment of his imagination and, therefore, this isn't a fantasy strip. But I will defer to the judge.

What's fantastic about a sneezing dwarf? I've seen lots of little people, and I'm certain they have to sneeze sooner or later

But seriously, I think that one is such a piece of movie history, it transcends genre. Just my 2¢

They accused women they didn't like of bein' witches & burned 'em at the stake.

Just 'cause a label is attached doesn't mean they were witches.

Meanwhile, the evil queen in Snow White performs witchcraft!

Next argument - Snow White gets help from the animals in cleanin' up the dwarves' home.

Animals helpin' with chores rather than addin' to the mess is definately a fantasy...

There was no burning, hangings and pressings, but no burning. Also, the witches were in Salem Village, now Danvers. Salem takes all the tourists and such today, but it's not the place where the crap went down. http://law2.umkc.edu/faculty/project...em/ASAL_DE.HTM
