^They need to hire one of you guys to do editing and quality control I just finished reading two volumes of the comics on my I pad and I must say I enjoyed them. Cool to see original TOS episodes reimagined for the JJ crew. Nicley done.

Finally read this whole issue and it was fantastic, definitely one of the best issues so far and I must say ...could any of these characters be more vile and evil. Nu mirror Spock is quite the opposite of his TOS counterpart.

However I must say that the most shocking character in the mirror universe is Uhura. The art work was great but Spock didn’t look like Quinto at all and Uhura looked too boyish.

Fantastic issue overall.

As it is the mirror universe,I wont put it past her. Kirk is a total manic,he looks almost quite mad and Spock is quite ruthless.However as a female , I have never seen a woman dump her boyfriend/husband/lover The way Uhura does.

I just saw the cover of Star Trek Ongoing #19. My first thought: OMG OFFICIAL NEW ENTERPRISE DIAGRAM!

My second thought: No wait, they just pasted the nuEnterprise over the Enterprise-B master systems display from Star Trek Generations. None of the labels match up with what they're supposed to be.

That is remarkably sloppy. The bridge isn't even labeled right and some random area on the secondary hull is classified as the shuttlebay. Truly terrible.

You're blaming the writer for the cover artist's work - which may yet prove to be a placeholder?

The credits at the top of the cover say "Johnson/Balboni," so presumably the writer is the same but the interior artist is different.

And I think some people are expecting too much from the cover art. It's not meant to be a formal technical diagram, it's just meant to be a piece of artwork conveying the impression of being a technical diagram, as part of an illustration for a story centered on Scotty.

Oh please, no one on this board would get in a snit over something like mismatched diagrams on a comic.

I did like issue #15 though, the entire series has been good as far as I'm concerned. I didn't go in with high expectations so i've been pleased. Liked the 'Cupcake' story & the look we got into Keenser's past.

Actually, Diamond is shipping their comics early with instructions that it's not to be put on the shelves until December 26th (and sending out Secret Shoppers to make sure it's enforced). So #16 should still come out next Wednesday, at least in the US.
