Questions about DVD Collections

I keep thinking about getting a complete series collection, but one of the main drawbacks these days is money, because I'm on a monthly fixed income. Also, I can't play Blu-Ray editions, only DVDs.

The series I'm least familiar with is Enterprise, having only seen the first two seasons and a few episodes from the Fan Collective: Alternate Realities set. I figure it's the best place to start, since it's only 4 seasons. I probably won't be able to afford it until January, but at least that way I can give it to myself as a birthday present.

Can someone tell me what extra features are available on the regular Enterprise DVD set? What I usually like are behind-the-scenes footage, special effects details, and gag reels. Interviews only interest me as a chance to see performers out of character.
