Treks II-IV are collected in Star Trek: Duty, Honor and Redemption. I've been rereading it which is why this stuff is fresh in my mind right now.

Didn't DC Comics deal with it at the beginning of the Mirror Universe Saga? Like issue 9, if I remember correctly.

EDIT: It's on pages 9, 10 & 11 of issue 9.
