Agreed. Possibly the best of the behind-the-scenes books published about a Trek series. Goes way beyond a lot of the usual puff-piece kind of stuff you tend to see in these sorts of books. Very honest about what the folks making DS9 think they did right, and a lot of stuff they didn't.

The exception was VOYAGER, which wasn't much beyond a straight episode guide. Despite my disapointment with that, I still wish they'd do one for ENTERPRISE, but I don't hold out much hope for a book on that. |
