Not bad, but you need some blurring around the edges of the people (especially the hair) and the Cookie Monster apparently took some bites out of Odo's hair.

I'd reduce number of people as well. It's a bit busy in the bottom half.

Yeah, the idea is good, you just need to work on your technical issues a little.

Also, would it be better losing the three standing characters and move Odo down to make it look like he's forming out of the shapeshifter lake?

ahh I didn't notice the missing hair. I actually had the laptop hooked up to the tv and its not easy to see as using the computer screen. Also I cut the shapes out with the mouse pad as I broke my graphics pen. Having seen a few other entries I need to up my game - some very clever ideas by fellow Trekkies.
