TNG Season 8 "Episode Guide"

Saw this on The Trek Collective:

The Trek Collective wrote:
Coming from Gallery Books in March next year (in trade paperback and ebook) will be Star Trek: The Next Generation - Warped, An Engaging Guide to the Never-Aired 8th Season, by Mike McMahan. The book will be based on McMahan's TNG Season 8 Twitter
Full details here.

Interesting idea, I guess, to base a book off someone's Twitter feed. I'll probably give it a shot, but I will admit, I was much more amused by the sample webcomics by Joel Watson than I was by the sample tweets. Maybe that's just my sense of humour, though. (TBH, I didn't really find the sample tweets funny.)

Anyway, it sounds like an interesting concept, and I didn't see a thread for it here already, so I just thought I'd mention it.

Some of those tweets are pretty amusing.

I've never heard of that Twitter feed before.
The book sounds like it should be fun.
Gallery is part of Simon & Schuster, right?

Re: TNG Season 8 "Episode Guide"

^ On the subject of rebellious food items, I'd be wary of what the replicators can do, to be honest. If the Enterprise can create Moriarty by responding to "create a holographic opponent capable of defeating Data", is it wise to try "create a chocolate dessert capable of defeating Counsellor Troi?"

That twitter feed garnered more than a few Chuckles from me. I'll pick this up.
