Micheal Dorn is "Future Guy."

Probably half saw the Dodge Dart commercial a half dozen times before I realized that the man playing "Future Guy" was Dorn. Love his speaking voice, usually it's so booming.

Yeah, that's just wrong. That's like dubbing someone else's voice over James Earl Jones.

So... that just leaves only Voyager that Dorn didn't appear in?

Or Levar Burton, or Armin Shimmerman or Dwight Schultz.

Dorn as Future Guy though? I just want to cry almost.

Wasn't he renamed as Sponsor or something?

In the first DTI book.

Nothing can stop Jonathan Frakes. Delta Quadrant, 22nd century he'll show up. I'm wondering how long before he pops up in the Abrams timeline.

Of course! The House of Worf won't get their ridges back until the late 23rd Century will they?

Meanwhile, they'll just have to make do with silicon implants...

After blagging Abramsprise set visiting privileges back in 2008 & 2012, I think we can assume he's already penciled himself in for 2016.

"Future Guy" was never an official name. IIRC, he was called "Humanoid Figure" in the scripts.

Department of Temporal Investigations: Watching the Clock gives us a name, species and a backstory.
