Yes, it's from 3.14, "Stratagem." The one I have is the same size, I found it on the old startrek.com. The second one isn't coming up for me - try saving it to a photo-hosting service like Photobucket and then posting it from there.

Those little publicity stills start off as hi-res photographs taken by the on-set photographer, so maybe one exists somewhere. I'd love to find it too.

I checked with Frontier, who is the source of photos collected from Trek series, and he suggested you look in Star Trek magazines that covered Enterprise from Season 3 onward. It's likely that a larger version of such a striking photo would have ended up in one of those mags.
