Helena Mattsson was born in Stockholm, Sweden. In her early teens, she was discovered by one of Sweden's biggest modeling agencies. After graduating from her performing arts school in Stockholm, Mattson traveled to London and New York to continue to study acting. Her big break came at the age of 19 when she left London for Los Angeles and was cast as the lead in the TV movie comedy "Sweden Ohio." Recently, she's had recurring roles on such TV shows as "Nikita" and "Desperate Housewives."

666 Park Avenue: Based on the book series by Gabriella Pierce, this supernatural drama centers around a young mid-western couple (Dave Annable and Rachael Taylor) who have been hired to manage The Drake, a luxurious apartment building on the Upper East Side in New York City where the residents have been possessed by demonic forces and have unknowingly sold their souls to the devil. Their every wish, desire and ambition is fulfilled, but the price tag is more costly than any of them could possibly imagine.

From the assortment of pics, she masters the sweet/innocent/playful-spirited air...and also can channel the mysterious/dangerous/femme-fatale look.

I don't know if or where she plays the dangerous femme fatale, but I see that she's in Seven Psychopaths. The trailer looks good. It's from the writer and director of In Bruges, which I thought was an excellent film.
