I guess DeepSpaceWine refers to those creatures that were used as fuel?

And that bag with the writing? Jolly Rogers/Jolly Rancher candy -- see http://www.epinions.com/food_and_dri...rogers%20candy for a clearer view of their logo.

I thought the red and green blobs were hole-less life savers.

I'm breaking out in zits just looking at that sleeping bag ...

Re: 11:59 What is the sleeping bag?

Do you think there would be actual brand names on the sleeping bag?

I got the impression the death dolphins must be seen on something from the way DSW said it but.. guess I will wait and see.

Re: 11:59 What is the sleeping bag?

I googled "death dolphins" and found a review of Equinox II in which this term was indeed used to describe the nucleogenic lifeforms. But we will see if DSW was talking about them or something else.

Wow, I can't believe I've never heard that term. It's not like we haven't had a few hundred thousand Equinox threads, LOLOL

It resembles more a hybrid between a flatworm and a bat.

Re: 11:59 What is the sleeping bag?

Yeah, I remembered the term from way back when, just like the Threshold creature was sometimes called a transwarp frog (I always use the more correct term transwarp salamander). I think the dolphin name came from the fact they can only exist outside their dimension for a short time, like a fish out of water and that they're intelligent. And what the Equinox was doing was just a 24th century equivalent of clubbing baby seals or engaging in dolphin hunts.

THANK YOU!! Yes that black and white thing is some kind of cake thing with cream in a wrapper. Green thing is still a mystery. Is that writing on the mid right blue and white packet with lines on the top?
The green thing is the bottom half of an old soda bottle.

Yep, the writing is actually quite clear. Do look at the logo on the candy bags shown at the URL I clipped, and then again at the duvet ... (Who says actually it's a sleeping bag? I imagine it was a duvet belonging to her future stepson.)

As for the death dolphins, I always thought of the Equinox aliens as overgrown fireflies (apologies to Joss Whedon, I mean the things I squash when they turn up in my bedroom of a summer's night, since no one ever seems willing to ransom them).

Re: 11:59 What is the sleeping bag?

I believe you about the Jolly Rancher, lol.. we don't have that brand here so it did not jump out. As to the sleeping bag, that was just a word I chose to use instead of doona since doona is not a word the bulk of the forum would be familiar with. Looking up duvet I see it means the same as doona.
