And I've found two more eggs, the duller one is the one in the pic I already posted. The other emu egg is a lot darker and shinier, gorgeous. The big white one is an ostrich egg.

It's an Emu egg.
It listens to "Panic! At the Disco"?
There's a good reason these emu eggs are numbered. You just haven't thought of it yet...

Very cool. I had forgotten that emu eggs were that color.
The shell of the emu egg gets lighter with each layer, the very inner bit being white. People carve them using the different shades for the picture.

I'm trying to remember the last time I baked something sweet.. maybe four years ago. Chocolate chip cookies.

Cleaning out boxes and drawers today and found this:

I had thought that was one of the above mentioned chocolate chip cookies.

The only times I've made cookies that look like that egg is when I forgot they were in the oven and the smoke alarm sang the song of my people.

Her facial expression and eyes are so adorable! You're a lucky daddy.

I also love the Santa Spider-Man tie.

Thanks! I've had that tie for a long time and break it out every so often. I think this is the first time my wife has seen it and we've been together for over eight years now.

Yup, President Street. Love the area, so much to offer and really close to the shops on the harbor.

I pass this every day on the way to work. One thing always jumps out at me.

I was almost positive I'd seen a "J. Allen" wine brand the other day and remembered snapping a photo of one of their bottles in Santa Barbara years ago. Looking back, I can't seem to find it now, but I found a couple others you guys might appreciate:

I'm trying to get orientated when looking at that pic... is that on the other side of the harbor from Camden Yards? I don't think I recognize that view.

^ Yes, other side. I don't think you were over there (from what I remember you telling me of where you went).
