Pink Floyd! I bet that looks awesome when the sunlight reflects through it.

Yes, it's a shame that I had to take the photo from the wrong side. It's still pretty cool, though.

I particularly like the Chili dark chocolate variety:

Chili-flavored chocolate?
This is EXCELLENT chocolate. If you like chillies you really should try it. It's great, great stuff. Nice quality chocolate with a great chillie kick that really takes off as you just finish the square.
I like this too, but Lindt also do a 70% and an 85% cocoa version which are better.

They have a cherry & chilli coulis filled truffle with a 70% cocoa outer as well, that will knock your socks off. It's like snorting coke

Seriously, MLB, try it before you knock it. Folks were putting chili in chocolate long before we added sugar. Have you never had mole?

Re: PICTURE POST II!

Chocolate with a little bit of a kick never hurts....that's what I have to say on the matter.

As per the stained glass window, this means I'm gonna be listening to Pink Floyd for the rest of the day. There is nothing bad about anything in that previous sentence.

Well, go to a good Mexican restaurant and get something with mole, it's great with steak! And report back on the life-changing experience.

I'm sure I could dig around for some mole or ask someone if I could burrow some from them. Might be nice to try steak with a spot of mole.

MLB don't you like to try new things?

I always figure if something is well loved by people I should check it out, see what I'm missing. This is how I recently discovered squid jerky.

Not really, no. I have nothing against those who do, it's just not my thing. I am not what you would call adventurous.

Yeah...but hopping down to the local Azteca and getting a mole burrito isn't exactly an Arctic expedition or anything...

Re: PICTURE POST II!

I'll add my vote to dark chocolate with chili, the kind posted up above. It's freakin' awesome. I didn't expect to like it, but I thought 'dark chocolate, how bad could it be?'. I want some now. But my 42 waist and 38 belt tell me no.

Re: PICTURE POST II!

I made mole sauce once, there were a lot of ingredients..

I really don't think you can say something is horrible tasting if you have never tried it. I bet we've all tried something that didn't appeal and ended up loving it at some point.

Mole is a lot of work. When you can get decent stuff at the convenience store down the road, it's really not worth the hassle

It doesn't look like it opens. How is the owner supposed to breathe in the fresh air?
