I like Cheadle as Rhodey/War Machine and I think it's fine that he'll return in Age of Ultron. I would like to know what Joss Whedon plans to do with the characters of Henry Pym and Janet Van Dyne.
I'm pretty sure they won't be in the movie, since they want to get the solo movie off the ground first. If anything I bet we see them show up in Avengers 3.

Pym will be introduced in the Post AoU movie "Ant-Man".

Cheadle has the charisma of a tumor.

Wouldn't a tumor be very dramatic? It certainly wouldn't be boring, that's for sure.

Cheadle has a lot of charisma. For some reason, though, he didn't display any of it in Iron Man 2 (I didn't see the third film). Marvel should have just ponied up and paid Terrence Howard.

I thought Cheadle was a far better and more charismatic Rhodey than Howard. Howard was really... not good.

Around and/or during Dark Rein.

I like Cheadle too but I think Cuba Gooding Jr would've been a more obvious re-cast for Howard.

^^^ Wait.. Robert Downey Jr. AND Cuba Gooding Jr. in the same movie? Sorry, they would exceed the MPAA Jr. count. Also, if Gooding did play Rhodie, who would star in Boat Trip 2?

I'm thrilled to hear Cheadle's Rhodey'll be joining in on the action. I hope he gets some screen time with Fury, maybe even to butt heads over SHIELD vs. US military jurisidiction concerns.

Baron Strucker?

From there, The Masters of Evil? Wanda and Pietro could start off with the Masters instead of the Brotherhood.
