Question about "Mirrored" (comic)

I haven't read this comic, but could somebody who has read it, tell me what is the motto of the Empire as shown behind the picture of mirror Spock here? Part of it is obscured. It looks like it says "Terra ***num Imperium". Anybody know the full motto?

Re: Question about "Mirrored" (comic)

My guess would be "Regnum," i.e. "Imperial Reign of Terra" (pun intended?).
