Which episode did this famous meme, the Picard facepalm, come from?

And how about the double facepalm?

The facepalm appears in "Deja Q" and the double facepalm is from "A matter of perspective", two consecutive third season episodes.

Yeah, I think so too. Riker's is from when the prosecution's recreation of events isn't making him look good, I think Picard's is the Deja Q one overlayed on the observing Picard that's originally in the shot.
