Tom Snyders 1976 Tomorrow Show

Watched this this morning and first time seeing it......dated and old yes, but well worth a watch.
Harlan Ellison was funny and he certainly was spot on with his views on tv execs.
All the wide collars, chain smoking and relaxed atmosphere, the way TV should still be.

Bones, Scotty and chekov among those interviewed

Off now to watched the 1988 video Inside Star Trek

It has been years since I have seen this, but yes, it was good and nostalgic. A link would have been nice, but for those who may not have seen this, it is easily locatable Googling Tom Snyder and Star Trek. There are a lot of gems out there.

I've seen that interview before and it's great. I was a bit Miffed about Ellison's beratement of Star Trek as just another tv western (as was James Doohan), but what else would you expect from the guy? He makes good points though about television.

since watched the 1988 inside star trek vidoe and currently just finishing the 1991 25th anniversary video.

I remember watching the 25th video and thinking it was cool back then in 1991 but smiling away now thinking how dated and old it looks
