Yup.

Riker was given the powers of Q and invited to join the Continuum. He didn't. Amanda's parents were never shown so 4 is correct.

They appeared in the episode though, which was the criterion of the quiz question. Unless you want to argue that we only see her memory of them from when they were human?

Without wanting to get into a big debate over this, this would also mean that Jack Crusher appeared in "Family." This isn't true, as it was a recording of him, not Jack himself.

How many (and name) any main cast members from other Trek shows that were seen on TNG.
