Which guest actor notably complained to Michael Piller that a script had a little too much alliteration.

Okay... I finally tracked this down. It's Elizabeth Dennehy.

On which two dates were Ron Jones' scores for The Best of Both Worlds, Parts I and II recorded?

I had completely forgotten about this, sorry! Correct!

She complained about the line in "Best of Both World pt.1" where:

Elizabeth Dennehy:
I yelled at Michael Piller when I first met him. The day he visited the set I had to say, 'Separate the saucer section, assign a skeleton crew,' and I asked him, 'Can you lay off the alliteration a little, Michael... please.' He laughed. It was hard."

Since no one's responded, the answer is June 1 & September 6, 1990. Anyone else is free to post a question.

I think that was a little TOO obscure!

I'll post a question...

Name some actors who were almost cast in the roles of the regular characters of TNG and what characters they would have played... At least three.

I can think of three. He was seen with LT rank as a costuming error. He wore LCDR rank as established. He also wore the rank of CDR on his field promotions.

Re: The TNG Quiz

Sounds about right to me. The error was in All Good Things, where he wore Lt (JG) pips, yeah?

Your go...

Re: The TNG Quiz

You got it. Any explanation on this? It seemed quite ridiculous. They could have streched his LT years out a few more seasons IMO. I guess the flaghship Chief Engineer position might have a rank requirement.

Anyways, you're up.

Re: The TNG Quiz

I always just assumed there was a minimum rank to be Chief Engineer, but they waived that at Picard's recomendation since Geordi was really good at his job. But, decided to promote him to rank as soon as his experience/service record permitted. Course, that's just fan wank.

Any-hoo...

Linda Park dated and lived with this now well known British Trek actor for a time.
