Japanese music is being played as Keiko rises from a kneeling position and grabs Data’s hand to be escorted down the aisle to Picard, O’Brien and LaForge.
Once they reach the men O’Brien Data grabs a Goblet and gives it to Keiko who drinks from it. She hands it to O’Brien who also drinks from it.

Picard: Since the days of the first wooden sailing ships, all captains have enjoyed the happy privilege of joining together two people in the bonds of matrimony. And so it is my honor to unite you Keiko Ishikawa, and you Miles Edward O'Brien, together in marriage…
