Yaye! More new kitty pics! I was starting to miss them...I've been a little blue lately, and seeing pics of everyone's cats never ceases to bring a smile to my face! I'm glad to see them coming in again!

Nice story.

I found it absolutely hilarious that the cat's name, Koshka, means "Kitty" in Russian
Koshka means cat. The diminutive form, koshachka (not sure if I transliterated it correctly), would be closer to kitty.
If we're really pedantic about it, "koshka" means a female cat, because "kot" means "cat"

The Russians, for some reason, prefer the female form as default for animals. The same goes for dogs

I want to pet a kitty. All of these kitties look ripe for snuggles.

LIke most cats, Panzer, has this instinctual need to get onto/into any suitcase or bag that is being packed. This was when I was going on leave to Colorado over Thanksgiving. He did the same thing when I was packing my duffel bags in preparation for this deployment.

That's a little too pedantic, even for me. But you're right. My dictionary says koshka is cat and kot is tomcat.

Meow.
