very true. Funny how cultural standards work-The stick-figure look of today would have been seen as a sign of poverty or poor health not too long ago. It's so out of whack that when you see an actress who is the normal size for her height she's regarded as "fat."

I think a lot of people look much better as they age because they look more decisive and sure of themselves. I'm watching early Stargate at the moment and Amanda Tapping IMO has vastly improved as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary for just those reasons.
