Build the ultimate tier one ship

Imagine your a level 50 admiral and you have to play 5 hours of pvp in a tier one ship....miranda, nx or oberth or a bop...you get to outfit any weapon, any console, any equipment, (deflectors, engines, shields) and retrain any bridge officer for skills you deem appropriate. of course, you are limited to the slots in a light ship. would be cool to hear some of the aces discribe what they would do and why....and what their tactics for survival would be against higher tier ships...

In a tier 1 ship, you have to go with a fast vessel with high burst damage.
