The Uniform said Seasons 1-2, T'Pol seemed unhappy (for a Vulcan) and was sitting. Archer usually sits in his ready room, nobody else usually does, and breaking the news of the P'Jem monastary getting destroyed would be something the Captain would want her sitting down for, not to mention her impending transfer.
