Star Trek Phase II on WUTR's "Hello, Central New York

WUTR in Utica, New York aired a piece on Star Trek Phase II on its "Hello, Central New York" occasional segment. The whole segment is about 20 minutes long. (The Phase II segment is from 04:35 to about 18:00.) There's a bunch of behind the scenes footage and some clips from "The Child" and "Kitumba."
