Website Setup Help

Hola. I bought a flash template from yesterday and to be's waaaaaaaay over my head.

Is there anyone here who knows enough about Flash/CSS who could help me (for a nominal fee) set up my website and teach me how to keep it updated by the beginning of the year?

To be honest I would skip Flash, as a peice of technology its on its way out and cant be accessed by Iphones/IPadd. JQuery and HTML5/CSS3 can do pretty much anything that can. I could help you with this. What is your budget?

Seconded, flash doesnt work on certain devices and search enginrd cant find your content meaning if you want to appear in Google you won't if your whole site is in flash.
