The Siege Invasive Procedures Cardassians Melora Rules of Acquisition Necessary Evil Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Whispers Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) The Wire Crossover The Collaborator Tribunal The Jem'Hadar I'm saving The Circle because I love the focus on Bajoran politics. I like the whole trilogy (Homecoming/Circle/Siege) but since I can only pick one, I pick the middle.

The Siege Invasive Procedures Cardassians Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Whispers Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) Crossover The Collaborator Tribunal The Jem'Hadar I'll save The Wire -- it's a great Garak episode.

Invasive Procedures Cardassians Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Whispers Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) Crossover The Collaborator Tribunal The Jem'Hadar I'll save The Homecoming. I like it slightly better than The Siege, mostly because I like the interplay between Kira and O'Brien when they're on the rescue mission.

The Siege Invasive Procedures Cardassians Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) The Collaborator Tribunal The Jem'Hadar Quite a few winners here but I'll start with "Crossover", the first and best DS9 Mirror Universe story. (Yes, I chose "Whispers" a moment ago but someone beat me to the punch. Curse you, PS3 browser.)

Cardassians Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) The Collaborator Tribunal The Jem'Hadar Well, I'm on a roll, so I'll complete the trilogy and save The Siege.

Cardassians Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) The Collaborator The Jem'Hadar I'll save Tribunal - a little contrived plotwise, but it has some excellent universe building and great acting from Meaney.

Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) The Collaborator I'll have to save the finalé, it did a decent job at setting up the Dominion threat.

Invasive Procedures
Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (I) The Maquis (II) The Collaborator goes next. It gave us a great, nuanced villain in Wynn and her election really sets the stage for great later episodes.

Re: The most disliked episode of DS9 - Part Two
Melora Rules of Acquisition Second Sight Sanctuary Rivals The Alternate Armageddon Game Paradise Shadowplay Playing God Profit and Loss Blood Oath The Maquis (II) "The Maquis" was partly used as setup for the upcoming Voyager but I don't think I'm alone in stating that they were ultimately put to far better usage in DS9. I'll save "Part I" for now.
