Special Appearance on Tonight's Emmy Show

Early on, there was a skit with host Jane Lynch and "the President of Television." Not a comedy classic or even your humor fix for the week, but the "Prez" was played by Leonard Nimoy (!). And to think a few months ago I thought the best we'd do was Nimoy's cartoon image on Fringe. Anyway, if I see the skit online, either on the Fox site or elsewhere, I'll let you know.

Live long and prosper.

I found it. Go to http://www.emmys.com/videos. Scroll through all the clips and select the next-to-last one, "63rd Primetime Emmys Opening." (It's right before "Jersey Shore Outtakes," I kid you not.)

P.S. The skit is over once Lynch starts singing (about 1 minute 20 seconds in).

How can Nimoy look so good? Does he color his hair? It looks so natural! The man is pushing 80!

He isn't pushing 80 anymore. He started pulling it last February.
